Meet Liesl Stulting.
Liesl is the franchisee of Placecol Skin Care Clinic in Bloemfontein, a position she has been filling for the last eleven years. Working in the beauty industry, Liesl radiates beauty from within and knows how important it is for women to feel cared for on the outside, too. “I absolutely love people and making a difference in their lives, no matter how small,” she says.
Her best and worst decisions…
“The best decision I ever made, was to study Somatology and completing my BTech degree at the Central University of Technology (CUT). Due to new developments, we can now also provide specialised serves at Placecol, such as lymph drainage!
“My worst decision – having two salons in Gauteng. Not being close to my investments has brought along some problems.”
What makes her different…
“The consistency of our services and quality of our products are what sets us apart. And we definitely have the best team!”
She’s inspired by…
“My mother, without a doubt. She taught me to be a go-getter, and to work hard for what I want in life. And, of course, women in business overall, because it’s a man’s world out there. Hats off, ladies!”
Her dream job was…
“I was always intrigued by the world of medicine. I wanted to become a doctor, and to make a difference in people’s lives.”
Her three tips for young businesswomen…
“Do not get discouraged by bad situations or difficult times.
Find yourself a trustworthy accountant.
Love what you do! It’s that simple.”
Her go-to beauty secrets…
“I try to follow a regular skin care route. And of course a regular spoil at the salon!”
