Meet Sharon Leeuw.
Sharon is one tough cookie who has built up an extraordinary reputation in the Engineering Sector as an expert in Administration and Office Management. She owns Lemoat Business Consulting.
With over 13 years’ experience in her field, Sharon is a force to be reckoned with. She embodies strong-mindedness and enthusiasm. She’s also mother to a beautiful three-year-old daughter, Keziah.
“My job is to see to it that my clients are happy. I love to make an impact wherever I work by coming up with new ways to make my clients’ lives easier with cleverly designed filing systems and maintaining office services. I’m also great at organising office operations and procedures.”
Sharon is quick to admit that one of the best decisions she’s ever made, was to relocate to Bloemfontein from Kimberley back in 2010.
What sets her business apart from others in the same field, is that she treats her clients like royalty. “We protect the interest of our clients. That’s our claim to fame,” she says.
Sharon’s idol in the world of female leaders, is businesswoman and beauty icon, Basetsana Khumalo. “She’s a God fearing woman. She’s prominent and a formidable force in the business world. She sits on the boards of major companies and owns her own clothing, eyewear and cosmetic range, just to name a few of her successes. Her strength and determination is admirable.”
As a child, Sharon wanted to be in the police force. “I really wanted to become a police commander because of the authority they have. Their job is to bring order where there is chaos and instil respect and discipline. I would have loved doing that.”
Sharon’s tips for young females:
“Identify your gift. Every second on earth is a gift – don’t just exist in this world. Live. Don’t make excuses – face your challenges head-on and refuse to be average.”
